What this is

This site is a public reading surface over a record harvested from official registers. Every figure is a rendering of what a named register published, read live at request time, and every figure carries the receipt to check it: the source address, the fetch time, the content hash. The site is pre-launch; the coverage ledger on the record page states exactly what is covered, and nothing beyond it is implied.

02 · Use

Use

Reading is free, for everyone, forever — the subject of a record included. Replaying receipts through the public API door is part of the product, not a tolerated abuse. What is asked in return is pace: the same restraint this system shows the registers it reads. Automated volume against the public door may be rate-limited to keep the door open for everyone.

Quotation is welcome, with the receipt. Exports carry a receipt manifest precisely so that a figure taken out of this system can be verified without it.

03 · The warranty, honestly

What is promised, and what is not

Promised: that every published figure was read from the named register at the stamped moment, hashing to the stamped hash — and that where this system is later shown wrong, the correction files in public on the corrections ledger and the error stays readable.

Not promised: that a register itself is right, current, or complete — the receipt exists so you can see exactly what the register said and when. Decisions made on the record are the reader's; the verdict happens in the reader here, in every sense. The service is provided as it stands, without warranties beyond what this section states.

Changes

These terms change only by dated revision on this page — the review stamp above is the version. Continued reading after a revision is acceptance of it, which is as much ceremony as a free public page can honestly ask for.
